To Report a Claim, Contact Your Carrier
If you believe you are at risk for a potential claim, you must contact your insurance carrier immediately to inform them of the threat. As your carrier, they can provide you vital counsel to help mitigate the risk, and develop a plan to deal with the situation.
If you have more than one line of insurance with us, you will need to identify what kind of threat you are facing, and contact the appropriate carrier. *If you have a standalone cyber policy, call that carrier first, then report to your medical professional liability carrier.
